Job summary

Mistral is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to shape and execute hiring strategy while growing the recruiting team. You will partner with leaders to meet critical hiring needs and drive a high-quality candidate experience across markets.

You will guide candidates through the process, mentor recruiters, and implement improvements to our hiring tools and processes, helping Mistral attract and retain top talent globally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of corporate recruiting experience in competitive markets.
• Proven ability to lead and develop recruiting teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing projects and people with discipline and attention to detail.
• Comfortable moving between strategic work and hands-on tasks.
• Skilled at influencing without direct authority and collaborating across functions.
• Fluent in English with experience recruiting internationally.
• Familiar with recruiting tools such as Ashby, Modernloop, LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Partner with tech and business leaders to understand hiring needs and fill open roles.
• Deliver a high-quality and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Guide candidates clearly through each step, illustrating life at Mistral.
• Share recruiting strategies with the team to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Use data analytics to identify and solve challenges within the hiring process.
• Coach and mentor recruiters to support their development and success.
• Recommend and implement improvements to hiring processes and tools.
• Represent Mistral externally to build our reputation as an employer in the talent market.
