Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel Flévy is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact for the customer network regarding orders, supply chain operations and deliveries. You will deliver timely solutions and maintain strong relationships to ensure smooth logistics across our network.

With at least 1 year in customer service, you will use ERP/CRM tools, Outlook and Excel to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and support onboarding of new teammates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in Customer Service.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain is a strong asset.
• Fluent Dutch is required.
• Strong IT skills with ERP/CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers.
• Identify and provide solutions to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Escalate issues that cannot be resolved at their level to the Customer Service Coordinator.
• Contact the relevant partners, describe the issue, and request a solution or decision.
• Communicate updates with the network and share important information proactively.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of procedures to enhance service levels.
