Job summary

CEVA Logistics Nijmegen is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for clients, coordinate daily transport information, and ensure accurate processing of documents. You will plan orders, monitor inquiries, and keep customers updated on status, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent service.

The role offers a stable full-time contract, 08:00–18:00 hours, a team of four direct colleagues and forty indirect colleagues, with options to work

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar commercial position (preferably in logistics services).
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and monitoring inquiries, planning orders, and entering information into the transport system.
• Informing customers about order status and latest developments.
• Identify problems with collections or deliveries and follow up with the carrier.
• Provide ad-hoc information to the customer.
• Monitor KPIs, inquiries, complaints, client data, and agreements in the system.
• Organize client files and agreements.
