Job summary

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or claims management, ideally within the logistics or supply chain sectors.
Strong communication skills to engage effectively with global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage global customer claims with accuracy and responsiveness, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Act as a central point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing clear updates on claim statuses.
Coordinate with internal departments including operations, compliance, and transport to liaise on claim investigations and logistics planning.
Maintain detailed and precise records of claims and communication to support transparency and continuous improvement.
Monitor and analyse claim trends to recommend enhancements in our service processes and to prevent reoccurrence.
Support cross-functional projects aimed at improving customer service protocols and operational workflows.
