Jobtailor is seeking an experienced HR Operations lead to own and continuously improve everything related to the employee lifecycle in France. You will manage contracts, HRIS data, onboarding/offboarding, payroll coordination, benefits, and HR documentation.

You will ensure full compliance with French labour law, translating requirements into scalable policies and processes. Collaborating with Finance, Legal, TA, IT, and HRBPs, you will harmonize standards and deliver a streamlined employee

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in People Operations / HR Operations, ideally in fast-paced, international environments.
• Strong knowledge of French labour law and its application to business situations.
• Structured, proactive and solution-oriented with focus on improving processes.
• Experience with modern HRIS systems and ensuring data accuracy.
• Fluent in French and English; comfortable in international settings.
• Balance compliance with empathy and clear documentation.

Responsabilités

• Own and continuously improve HR Operations in France across contracts, HRIS, onboarding/offboarding, payroll coordination, benefits, and HR documents.
• Ensure compliance with French labour law and translate requirements into scalable policies.
• Identify inefficiencies and lead end-to-end improvements of workflows and systems.
• Drive harmonization with global People Operations to implement shared standards.
• Provide operational guidance to employees and managers with clarity and empathy.
• Maintain high-quality HR data and documentation to support audits and reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, IT, and HRBPs to deliver a consistent employee experience.
