Job summary

Mistral is seeking an HR Business Partner to support managers and employees across multiple countries, ensuring compliant, scalable people practices. You will drive employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to retention, while shaping learning and performance programs and reinforcing the company culture.

You will partner with leadership to enhance talent retention, advise on French employment matters, and implement strategies aligned with business goals in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of progressive human resources experience, startup or high-growth environment.
• Experience supporting employee populations across multiple countries, particularly in EMEA, with knowledge of French employment law.
• Experience managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to retention and offboarding.
• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and deliver measurable outcomes.

• Build scalable People policies and processes that promote sustainable ways of working, including work-life balance.
