• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for Corporate Functions.
• Advise Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners with market insights and talent mapping.
• Leverage advanced sourcing methods to attract diverse and passive talent.
• Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen pipeline visibility.
• Ensure a premium candidate experience throughout recruitment.
• Maintain high data quality in ATS and accurate dashboards.
• Use metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
• Support adoption of new digital TA tools within the team.
