Jobtailor in Villeneuve-d'Ascq, France, seeks an HR Generalist to contribute to deploying the Group's HR strategy and support managers with HR issues. You will help implement annual training campaigns and manage multiple recruitments while contributing to cross-functional HR projects at Group level.

The ideal candidate brings a Master’s in HR, 2–3 years’ generalist HR experience, and strong interpersonal skills, with a pragmatic, autonomous, prioritization mindset and proactivity.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR or related field.
• 2–3 years' experience in a generalist HR role.
• Pragmatic, autonomous and strong prioritization.
• Adaptability and proactivity.
• Strong interpersonal skills and diplomacy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Contributing to the operational deployment of the Group's HR strategy.
• Supporting managers in handling their HR-related issues.
• Participating in the implementation of annual training campaigns.
• Managing multiple recruitments in parallel.
