Job summary

Talantir is seeking an HR Business Partner for France with EMEA scope, based in Paris. You’ll partner with regional leaders to translate enterprise priorities into local HR execution and drive workforce planning, organizational alignment and employee relations across multiple countries.

The role requires 5–8+ years in HR generalist/HRBP, strong France law knowledge, and experience with Works Council in France within multinational settings. Travel <20% is expected.

We are partnering on a confidential search for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to be based in Paris, supporting multiple countries across the EMEA region.

This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional who thrives in a dynamic, multi-country environment and enjoys partnering closely with business leaders to translate enterprise priorities into effective local execution.

About the Role

Reporting to the Global HR Director and working closely with a global HR team, this individual will:

• Partner with regional leaders on workforce planning, team effectiveness, and organizational alignment


• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters across assigned countries


• Guide managers on performance management, policy interpretation, and disciplinary processes


• Ensure compliance with regional employment legislation and company standards


• Support Works Council setup and engagement in France


• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure coordinated and compliant HR operations


• Leverage workforce analytics and digital tools to enhance decision‑making and operational efficiency

**Success in this role requires strong judgment, discretion, responsiveness, and the ability to operate confidently within diverse regulatory environments.

What We’re Looking For
