Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a Sr. Lead, HR Business Partner based in Paris to partner with leaders across France, the UK and Germany. You will align People strategies with business priorities and support organizational health, leadership development and growth in a multi-country context.

You will guide talent priorities, workforce planning, and organizational design while collaborating with Legal, Employee Relations and Centers of Excellence. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Progressive HR experience advising senior leaders in complex, matrixed orgs.
• Experience supporting multiple countries (France, UK, Germany).
• Direct experience with French Works Councils and consultations.
