Naboo, based in Paris, is expanding its HR operations leadership. You will manage a 2-person HR team, handling employee lifecycle, payroll, benefits, and compliance across regions with a focus on data integrity and scalable processes.

You will drive HRIS efficiency (Lucca), implement automated workflows, and support managers and staff with policy guidance and tools. Fluency in French and English is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of HR Operations experience in an international, fast-paced environment (start-up/scale-up).
• Fluent in French and English.
• Rigorous and detail-oriented with a love for checklists and clean data.
• Comfortable with HR and AI tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead HR team of 2 in Paris and oversee Employee Lifecycle Management.
• Administer payroll, benefits, leave, and compliance across regions.
• Maintain HRIS (Lucca) as the single source of truth and automate workflows.
• Ensure legal compliance with local labor regulations, visas, and data privacy.
• Train managers and employees on Lucca and update policy docs in Notion.
