Vibe.co is seeking a People Ops professional to own payroll and contractor operations across France, the US, and remote locations. You’ll drive onboarding, offboarding, and HR admin while maintaining HRIS data and supporting the team with policy questions.

This role offers ownership from day one, exposure to an international payroll setup, and the chance to automate processes in a fast-growing environment in Paris. Fluent French and English are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in payroll, HR administration, or People Ops (apprenticeship counts).
• Strong knowledge of French payroll and labour law fundamentals.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; comfortable with numbers.
• Experience with an HRIS and project management basics.

Responsabilités

• Run the monthly French payroll cycle with our external provider and validate inputs.
• Administer benefits, onboarding, and offboarding logistics for multiple geographies.
• Serve as first point of contact for People questions and triage requests.
• Drive HRIS data hygiene and end-to-end People Ops projects.
