Back Market is building a global personnel administration function to run in parallel with our transformation. You will own the end‑to‑end admin workstream, map current state across countries, and define a managed build vs.

Qualifications

• Solid personnel administration or HR Ops background on a multi-country scope.
• Built a process from scratch, standardised a document set, imposed a cut‑off, written a RACI and ensured compliance.
• Comfortable with numbers and analytics; strong stakeholder communication.
• Hands‑on with an HRIS, ideally Workday: configuration logic, data quality, workflows, adoption.
• Compliance reflex: GDPR, employee files, retention, statutory obligations.
• English is the working language.

Responsabilités

• Own the personnel administration workstream of the audit end‑to‑end: diagnostic across geographies and build roadmap.
• Lead the make‑or‑buy analysis for personnel administration: global in‑house, local in‑house, outsourced, or EOR.
• Define target perimeter and negotiate handover; set the RACI and ensure seamless transition.
• Drive standards, automation and documents: templates, versioning, legal validation.
• Implement HR Tech automation: Workday as system of record, automated document generation, e‑sign, self‑service.
• Maintain the compliance and control framework while the business runs.
