Back Market is seeking a Senior People Partner (HRBP) to provide strategic and hands-on people support across the business in Paris. You will guide onboarding, development, and offboarding, partnering with leaders to design people programs and drive performance.

You will coach executives, shape talent strategy, and lead initiatives like performance reviews, learning, career development, and compensation planning.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years as an HRBP or HR manager with full People Cycle responsibility (onboarding to offboarding).
• Fluent in English; strong understanding of French or international employment law.
• Experience in an international environment (at least 2 years).
• Highly organized, capable of handling multiple subjects autonomously, with excellent communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee critical business areas and drive strategic people initiatives across the business.
• Support employees with day-to-day inquiries through onboarding, development, and offboarding processes.
• Advise and coach leaders on performance, design, and compensation strategies to align with talent goals.
• Lead talent initiatives such as performance management, mentoring, and career-path development.
• Contribute to global People processes and projects to scale Back Market as it grows.
