Qualifications

• Solid personnel administration or HR Ops background on a multi-country scope.
• Structured, not only operated: built a process from scratch, standardised a document set, imposed a cut-off, written a RACI and made people respect it.
• Comfortable with numbers.
• Hands-on with an HRIS, ideally Workday: configuration logic, data quality, workflows, adoption.
• Compliance reflex: GDPR, employee files, retention, statutory obligations.
• English is the working language.

Responsabilités

• Define, build and industrialise global personnel administration across geographies, while keeping current services running during transformation.
• Lead the diagnostic, establish baselines per country, and define the target perimeter with a clear RACI.
• Lead the make-or-buy analysis for personnel administration across countries.
• Automate with HR Tech (Workday) and establish service standards, SLAs, and a knowledge base.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding, contracts, filings, and payroll inputs during the transition.
