Naboo, a global meetings and events spend management leader, is seeking an experienced HR leader based in Paris to drive People operations and HR strategy as it scales from 100 to 300+ employees worldwide.

You will manage a small HR Ops team across France and international entities, partner with department leads, and own the Lucca HRIS deployment to enable a data-driven, compliant, and engaging work environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in a generalist HR management role.
• Strong background as HRBP or Senior HR Generalist in a fast-paced scale-up (Series A/B+).
• Management experience with a small team of direct reports.
• Fully bilingual in French and English; Spanish is a plus.
• EU work permit required.

Responsabilités

• Translate growth strategy into People operations and drive a high-performance culture.
• Lead HR Ops France & international with payroll, admin and compliance responsibilities.
• Coach managers on leadership, performance and people structure; oversee bi-annual reviews and promotions.
• Own end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior roles across France, UK, US; strengthen employer branding.
• Maintain compliance with French labor law and ensure international entities follow local guidelines.
• Oversee Lucca implementation and ensure seamless integration with payroll and ATS.
