Qualifications

• Fluency in English is essential.
• Approx. 1 year of experience in Customer Service or similar office position required.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Take orders by email or in the system.
• Receive phone calls from customers.
• Prepare order confirmations and documentation for transport and invoicing.
• Collaborate with the logistics department for shipment organization.
• Process return and credit/debit memos as required.
• Liaise with Central Planning on delivery timelines.
• Support administrative duties in the office.
