Job summary

CEVA France SASU is seeking a dedicated Global Customer Service Professional for our Control Tower in Courbevoie. You will bridge international clients with internal logistics teams to deliver superior support and resolve inquiries efficiently.

You will collaborate across operations, compliance, and transport to investigate claims, coordinate logistics, and maintain meticulous records, driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or claims management in logistics or supply chain preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage global customer claims with accuracy and responsiveness, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Act as a central point of contact for customers, providing updates on claim statuses.
• Coordinate with internal departments (operations, compliance, transport) for claim investigations and logistics planning.
• Maintain detailed records of claims and communications to support transparency and improvements.
• Monitor and analyze claim trends to recommend process enhancements and prevent recurrence.
• Support cross-functional projects to improve customer service protocols and workflows.
