Job summary

Partoo, a growing European scale-up, seeks a BDR to drive outbound sales in the DACH region. You will engage prospects in German and English across multiple channels to schedule qualified meetings and support strategic accounts.

You will work closely with Account Executives, research accounts, and tailor messages to local market codes. Flexible hybrid work with Paris offices is offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English, with strong communication skills.
• Experience doing outbound sales to large accounts.
• Proven ability to prospect and book meetings with decision-makers.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to large-account prospects on the DACH market in German and English across multiple channels to book qualified meetings (≈150 calls/week to reach 4 meetings).
• Collaborate with Account Executives to identify target lists, personas and key messages.
• Research accounts and contacts to tailor outreach to market codes and account history.
• Contribute to building the sales pipeline and team performance.
• Maintain high-quality engagement with leads through follow-up calls and personalized messages.
• Aim to reach monthly targets for new opportunities created.
