Cross Border Talents in Barcelona is seeking a German-speaking Sales Representative to build client relationships and drive business growth. You will identify new opportunities, engage clients, and tailor digital advertising solutions to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (C1 or higher) and strong English communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in digital advertising, PPC, sales, or account management (6–12 months preferred).
• Outbound or cold sales experience is a plus.
• Analytical and interpersonal skills; customer-focused mindset.

Responsabilités

• Identify and engage new business opportunities through outbound sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Understand needs and recommend digital advertising solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends.
