Job summary

HiGaming in France seeks a French-speaking VIP Manager to build and maintain relationships with the company's most valuable players. The role focuses on delivering a premium, personalized experience that fosters loyalty, increases retention, and maximizes lifetime value.

As the primary contact for VIP players, you will coordinate multi-channel support, design retention strategies, organize exclusive events, and collaborate with Marketing to craft promotions.

Qualifications

• Experience in VIP account management in iGaming or related customer-focused industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
• Proven sales and negotiation abilities with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to analyze player data and behavior to identify engagement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP players as their primary contact.
• Deliver personalized service across multiple channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, SMS, live chat).
• Design and implement retention strategies to maximize lifetime value and reduce churn.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create exclusive offers and events for VIPs.
• Organize and oversee VIP hospitality initiatives and unique experiences.
• Track, analyze, and report VIP activity and provide actionable insights.
