Partner Company is seeking a Customer Success Specialist for an evening schedule based in France. This fully remote role supports Bronze VIP customers with personalized, high-quality service and proactive engagement to maximize satisfaction and retention.

You will handle inquiries, promote platform activities, gather feedback, and work with cross-functional teams to improve the user experience. English fluency and strong communication are essential.

• Support retention initiatives and campaigns with the Retention team.
• Promote platform activities, campaigns, and interactive experiences.
• Interview Bronze VIP customers to collect feedback and identify improvements.
• Increase satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities to upgrade Bronze VIP users to higher tiers.
• Handle objections professionally and communicate product value.
• Assist with verification procedures when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, tools and updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth interactions.
