Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a French-speaking Back Office Gaming Support Specialist to join a premier Gaming & Esports team in Bulgaria. You will handle account queries, resolve payment issues, and ensure security while delivering high-quality support to the French-speaking community.

This role requires native or fluent French, strong English skills for a multicultural office, and a willingness to relocate to Sofia.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
• Strong proficiency in English to communicate in a multicultural office.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail for back-office operations.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.

Responsabilités

• Manage and resolve complex account queries for premium gaming clients via email and internal ticketing systems
• Ensure high-quality support for the French-speaking community within the Gaming & Esports ecosystem
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and transaction issues with precision
• Monitor and maintain account security, ensuring compliance with gaming industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical bugs reported by users
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of back-office support workflows with proactive feedback
• Stay updated on Gaming & Esports trends to provide informed assistance
