CBtalents in Athens is seeking a French-speaking content moderator to help build a safer online environment for millions of users. You will review content, support users via chat, email, and calls, and assist in improving AI systems by classifying content and providing high-quality data for evaluation.

Candidates have 1–2 years in customer support or moderation, strong French (C1–C2) and English (B2), and a valid Greece/EU work permit. Relocation support and competitive salary are offered.

Qualifications

• French language proficiency at C1-C2 level.
• English knowledge at B2 level (C1 for some workflows).
• 1–2 years in customer support, content moderation, BPO, or related field preferred.
• Familiar with online culture, social media/platform trends.
• Valid work permit in Greece or EU citizenship required.

Responsabilités

• Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with standards and client policies.
• Investigate and take action on reports of abuse, harassment, IP violations, and other policy breaches.
• Provide customer support via chat, email, and outbound calls for account, payment, and platform inquiries.
• Help improve AI systems by reviewing/classifying content, including sensitive scenarios.
• Create high-quality data and prompts to evaluate AI performance.
• Collaborate with Trust & Safety teams to investigate complex cases and policy improvements.
• Handle sensitive content with professionalism and attention to detail.
