Cbtalents is seeking a French-speaking agent to join our international team in Athens. You will contribute to content moderation, customer support, and AI system improvement while ensuring safe, compliant experiences for users worldwide.

Ideal candidates have strong French language skills, good English, 1–2 years in relevant roles, and a valid Greek or EU work permit. Relocation support is available and a competitive salary is offered.

Qualifications

French proficiency at C1–C2.
English at B2 (C1 for some workflows).
1–2 years of experience in customer support or content moderation.
Familiar with online culture and social media.
Valid work permit in Greece or EU citizenship.

Responsabilités

Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure policy compliance.
Investigate and act on reports of abuse, harassment, IP violations, and other policy breaches.
Provide customer support via chat, email, and outbound calls for account, payment, and platform inquiries.
Help improve AI systems by reviewing and classifying content, including complex scenarios.
Create high-quality data and prompts to evaluate AI system performance.
Collaborate with Trust & Safety teams to investigate complex cases and contribute to policy improvements.
Handle sensitive content with professionalism and objectivity.
