Cbtalents in Athens is seeking a French-speaking Agent to join an international team and help create a safer online environment for millions of users. You will contribute to content moderation, customer support, and improvements to AI systems in line with established standards.

Responsibilities include moderating content, handling reports of abuse, providing chat, email, and phone support, and assisting in training AI tools.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer support, content moderation, BPO, or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards and client policies.
• Investigate and take action on reports related to abuse, harassment, IP violations, and other policy breaches.
• Provide customer support via chat, email, and outbound calls for account, payment, and platform inquiries.
• Help improve AI systems by reviewing and classifying content, including sensitive or complex scenarios.
• Create high-quality data and prompts to evaluate AI system performance.
• Collaborate with Trust & Safety teams to investigate complex cases and contribute to policy improvements.
• Handle sensitive content with professionalism, objectivity, and attention to detail.
