Cbtalents is looking for a French-speaking agent to join an international team in Athens. You will moderate content, provide customer support via chat, email, and calls, and help improve AI safety by classifying content and reviewing reports.

The role emphasizes working with Trust & Safety colleagues, handling sensitive material with professionalism, and contributing to policy improvements. Relocation support is available to join the team in Greece.

Qualifications

• Must have French proficiency at C1-C2 level.
• English proficiency at B2 level; C1 may be required for specialized workflows.

Responsabilités

• Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards and client policies.
• Investigate and take action on reports related to abuse, harassment, IP violations, and policy breaches.
• Provide customer support via chat, email, and outbound calls for account, payment, and platform inquiries.
• Help improve safety and reliability of AI systems by reviewing and classifying content, including sensitive scenarios.
• Create high-quality data and prompts to evaluate AI system performance.
• Collaborate with Trust & Safety teams to investigate complex cases and contribute to policy improvements.
• Handle sensitive content with professionalism, objectivity, and attention to detail.
