Qualifications

• Fluent in French (C1–C2) or equivalent.
• English at least B2; some roles may require C1 for specialized workflows.
• 1–2 years in customer support or content moderation preferred.

Responsabilités

• Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with standards.
• Investigate reports about abuse, harassment, and IP violations; take appropriate action.
• Provide customer support via chat, email, and outbound calls for account and platform inquiries.
• Help improve AI systems by reviewing content and contributing to data/prompts.
