Job summary

Moody's in Paris is seeking a Customer Success Management Associate (French Speaking) to lead the post-sales lifecycle and ensure clients receive ongoing value from Moody’s Analytics solutions.

You will work with Sales, Product, and Strategy to strengthen client relationships, deliver tailored demonstrations in French and English, and support credit risk use cases in the French banking sector. Travel approx. 30% is required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management or another client-facing role, preferably in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of the French Banking industry, ideally with experience supporting fixed-income professionals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English, with the ability to deliver executive-level presentations and detailed product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the post-sales client lifecycle, collaborating with sales colleagues and internal stakeholders to deliver client strategies and improve the overall customer experience
• Drive client retention across an assigned book of business by building trusted, long-term relationships
• Map the customer journey and proactively guide clients to achieve their desired outcomes using Digital Content & Innovation solutions
• Continuously assess client health and provide strategic guidance, product overviews, and best practice recommendations
• Act as the central point of contact between clients and internal stakeholders, coordinating engagement and responses to client requests
• Represent the Voice of the Customer through forums, customer satisfaction surveys, and feedback initiatives to enhance product quality and client experience
• Position requires travel (approximately 30% of your time)
