Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success or client-facing roles.
• Strong knowledge of the French Banking industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English, with the ability to present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-sales client lifecycle with sales and internal teams to improve customer experience.
• Drive client retention by building trusted, long-term relationships.
• Map the customer journey and guide clients to achieve outcomes using Digital Content & Innovation solutions.
• Provide strategic guidance and product overviews to customers at scale.
• Coordinate engagement and responses between clients and internal stakeholders.
• Represent the Voice of the Customer through surveys and feedback initiatives to improve product quality.
• Travel approximately 30% of time.
