Job summary

Moody’s is seeking a seasoned Customer Success professional to join our Analytics division in Île-de-France. You will lead post-sales client lifecycle, collaborate with Sales, Product and Strategy to maximize value and retention. You will build trusted relationships with clients across fixed-income and banking segments.

Fluent French and English are required; travel about 30% is expected to support strategic initiatives and executive-level product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management or another client-facing role, preferably in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of the French Banking industry, ideally with experience supporting fixed-income professionals.
• Ability to understand complex business concepts and processes, particularly credit risk use cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English, with the ability to deliver executive-level presentations and detailed product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the post-sales client lifecycle, collaborating with sales colleagues and internal stakeholders to deliver client strategies and improve the overall customer experience.
• Drive client retention across an assigned book of business by building trusted, long‑term relationships.
• Map the customer journey and proactively guide clients to achieve their desired outcomes using Digital Content & Innovation solutions.
• Continuously assess client health and provide strategic guidance, product overviews, and best practice recommendations.
• Act as the central point of contact between clients and internal stakeholders, coordinating engagement and responses to client requests.
• Represent the Voice of the Customer through forums, customer satisfaction surveys, and feedback initiatives to enhance product quality and client experience.
• Position requires travel (approximately 30% of your time).
