Cross Border Talents is hiring a Customer Support Representative to join our French-speaking market from remote Portugal. You will respond to inquiries via email, chat, and calls, manage tickets, and help speed up resolutions.

This role includes accommodation in a studio for up to 12 months and relocation support for candidates moving from abroad. Workload is 40 hours per week with vacation days and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken French.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience in customer service or support operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms, and calls.
• Handle support tickets related to general queries, refunds, or incomplete services.
• Call users to speed up case resolution and improve communication.
• Perform back-office tasks and outbound calls as needed.
• Conduct outbound calls to promote products and gather feedback.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
• Meet performance goals and deadlines.
• Provide operational feedback and escalation as needed.
