Cross Border Talents is hiring a Customer Support Representative to join the French-speaking market, working remotely from Portugal. The role involves multi-channel support, tickets management, and proactive outreach to ensure customer success.

Accommodation and relocation support are available for eligible candidates. The position offers a monthly gross salary up to 1,000 EUR plus performance and complexity bonuses, with 14 payments per year and additional relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French; English proficiency a plus.
• Experience with email/chat/calling channels is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms, and calls.
• Handle support tickets related to general queries, refunds, or incomplete services.
• Call users to speed up case resolution and improve communication.
• Perform back-office tasks that may involve outbound calls.
• Conduct outbound calls to promote products, collect feedback, and support customer success.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
• Achieve performance goals and respect deadlines.
• Provide operational feedback and escape cases when needed.
