Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Service Advisor fluent in French to work from sunny Portugal with relocation support. You will handle inquiries via phone, chat and email in French, log cases in CRM, and collaborate with the team to maintain service quality.

The role offers a full-time contract with a base salary plus performance bonus. EU passport or Portuguese residency is required, and relocation assistance is provided to Lisbon or Porto.

Qualifications

• Fluent French or native level in French
• English proficiency at least intermediate
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
