Cross Border Talents is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor for a fully remote role with relocation support to Portugal. You will handle inquiries via phone, chat and email in French, providing empathetic assistance and logging cases in CRM systems.

Ideal candidates have fluent French and at least B2 English, strong communication skills, and a willingness to relocate to Portugal. Training and a base salary with performance bonus are offered.
