Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our remote team serving the French market. You will respond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms, and calls; handle tickets related to queries, refunds or incomplete services; perform outbound calls to promote products and ensure satisfaction; and keep accurate CRM records.
