Cbtalents is hiring a French-speaking Agent to join an international team in Athens, focusing on content moderation, customer support, and AI system improvement.

You will review user content, handle reports, provide chat and email support, and help enhance safety standards and AI performance while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. Relocation support is available, and a competitive salary with a food allowance are offered.

Qualifications

• C1–C2 French required.
• B2 English required (C1 may be needed for some workflows).
• 1–2 years in customer support, content moderation, BPO, or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards and policies.
• Investigate and act on reports of abuse, harassment, IP violations, and other policy breaches.
• Provide customer support via chat, email, and outbound calls for account, payment, and platform inquiries.
• Help improve AI system safety by reviewing/classifying content, including complex scenarios.
• Create high-quality data and prompts to evaluate AI performance.
• Collaborate with Trust & Safety teams on complex cases and policy improvements.
