Cbtalents is seeking a French-speaking Agent to join an international team in Athens. You will contribute to content moderation, customer support, and AI system improvements in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French at C1–C2 level.
• English at least B2; higher level for some tasks.

Responsabilités

• Review and moderate user content to ensure compliance with standards and policies.
• Investigate and act on abuse, harassment, and policy violations.
• Provide customer support via chat, email, and calls for account and platform inquiries.
• Help improve AI safety by reviewing and classifying content and data.
• Create high-quality data and prompts to evaluate AI system performance.
• Collaborate with Trust & Safety teams on complex cases and policy improvements.
