Requirements include fluent French (C1–C2), English at least B2, 1–2 years in similar roles, and a valid work permit for Greece or EU citizenship. Relocation support is available.

Qualifications

• C1–C2 French required.
• English at least B2; higher level may be needed for some workflows.

Responsabilités

• Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with standards.
• Investigate and act on abuse, harassment, IP violations, and policy breaches.
• Provide customer support via chat, email, and outbound calls for account, payment, and platform inquiries.
• Help improve AI systems by reviewing and classifying content.
