Cbtalents is seeking a French-speaking Agent to join our international team in Athens. You will contribute to content moderation, customer support, and the improvement of AI systems by helping ensure safe, responsible operation in line with standards.

Responsibilities include moderating content, handling reports on abuse and policy breaches, delivering chat, email and outbound support, and collaborating with Trust & Safety to refine policies and datasets for better AI performance.

Qualifications

• French language proficiency C1–C2.
• English proficiency B2 (C1 may be required for specialized workflows).
• 1–2 years of experience in customer support or content moderation preferred.
• Familiarity with online culture and social media trends.
• Valid work permit in Greece or EU citizenship required (permitted to work in Europe).

Responsabilités

• Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with standards and policies.
• Investigate and act on reports of abuse, harassment, IP violations, and policy breaches.
• Provide customer support via chat, email, and outbound calls for account, payment, and platform inquiries.
• Help improve AI system safety by reviewing and classifying content, including complex scenarios.
• Create high-quality data and prompts to evaluate AI performance.
• Collaborate with Trust & Safety teams to investigate cases and contribute to policy improvements.
• Handle sensitive content with professionalism, objectivity, and attention to detail.
