Cbtalents in Athens is seeking a French-speaking Agent to help moderate content, provide customer support, and contribute to AI safety improvements for millions of users worldwide.

You will review reports, handle moderation tasks across chat, email, and calls, and collaborate with Trust & Safety teams to ensure compliance with policies. Fluency in French (C1–C2) and English (B2) and 1–2 years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient in French and English to work with international users.
• Experience in customer support or content moderation is preferred.
• Knowledge of online platforms and internet culture is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with policies.
• Investigate and act on reports related to abuse, harassment, and policy breaches.
• Provide customer support via chat, email, and outbound calls for account, payment, and platform inquiries.
• Help improve safety and reliability of AI systems by reviewing and classifying content.
• Create high-quality data and prompts to evaluate AI system performance.
• Collaborate with Trust & Safety teams to investigate complex cases and contribute to policy improvements.
• Handle sensitive content with professionalism and attention to detail.
