Cbtalents is seeking a French-speaking Agent to join an international team focused on content moderation and customer support. You will help ensure online safety and reliability while contributing to AI data and prompts.

Ideally based in Greece or with EU work eligibility; relocation support is available. You will review policies, handle escalations, and collaborate with Trust & Safety to improve standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in French at C1-C2 level.
• English at B2 level; C1 may be required for some workflows.
• 1–2 years in customer support or content moderation preferred.
• Familiar with online culture and social media trends.
• Valid work permit in Greece or EU citizenship.

Responsabilités

• Review and moderate user-generated content per standards.
• Investigate and action reports on abuse, harassment, IP violations.
• Provide customer support via chat, email, and outbound calls.
• Improve AI systems by classifying content.
• Create data and prompts to evaluate AI performance.
• Collaborate with Trust & Safety teams on complex cases.
• Handle sensitive content with professionalism and objectivity.
