Cbtalents in Athens is seeking a French-speaking Agent to join an international team focused on creating safer online environments. You will contribute to content moderation, customer support via chat, email, and calls, and help improve AI systems through careful content review.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in support or moderation, French at C1–C2, English at B2, and a valid EU or Greek work permit. Relocation support is available.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (C1–C2), strong English (B2); additional workflows may require C1.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer support, content moderation, or related fields.
• Familiarity with online culture, social media platforms, and internet trends.

Responsabilités

• Moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with standards and policies.
• Provide customer support via chat, email, and outbound calls for account, payment, and platform inquiries.
• Assist in improving AI systems by reviewing and classifying content, including sensitive scenarios.
• Create high-quality data and prompts to evaluate AI system performance.
• Collaborate with Trust & Safety teams to investigate complex cases and contribute to policy improvements.
