Job summary

hlpy, founded in 2020, is building a fully digital roadside assistance platform serving insurers, manufacturers, and mobility providers across Europe. We are looking for a Customer Operations Associate based in Paris to join our fast-growing, international team.

You will handle dispatch, assist customers via chat and phone, and collaborate with service partners to ensure smooth support around the clock. Ideal candidates are native French speakers with strong English, experience with CRM tools,

Qualifications

• Native French speaker with good English.
• Experience using CRM software or platforms.
• Experience in customer service or operations.
• Available for 24/7 shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Based in Paris with 3 days per week in the office.
• Empathetic, calm under pressure and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch the appropriate service (tow trucks, taxis, replacement vehicles).
• Assist customers via chat and phone, guiding them through the flow.
• Collaborate with service providers to resolve cases quickly.
• Identify improvement ideas and share them with the team.
• Escalate complex cases to team leaders when needed.
