Cross Border Talents in Bordeaux seeks a Customer Specialist to be the first point of contact, delivering professional support across orders, accounts, products, and services via phone, email, chat and digital channels.

You will understand customer needs, provide accurate solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly while staying up-to-date with offerings and policies. This role emphasizes proactive service and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented and proactive mindset; eager to learn in Travel.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and relevant information.
• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer-focused approach.
• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.
