BlueView Talent is seeking a Customer Specialist in Bordeaux to join a dynamic, international team. You will be the first line of contact, delivering professional assistance across inquiries, orders, accounts, products, and services, via phone, email, chat, and other channels.

We value proactive, analytical, and expressive communicators fluent in French and English, with EU or Portuguese residency eligibility, and a willingness to grow in the travel domain.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) and English (B2)
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency card required
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive and eager to learn in Travel

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, professional support via phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, accounts, payments, products and services.
• Understand needs and provide accurate, clear information.
• Record interactions and resolutions in internal systems accurately.
• Work with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring concerns and feedback to improve processes.
• Stay up to date with products, services, and policies through training.
