Job summary

Innopath Consulting Lda in France is hiring a Customer Specialist to support customers across phone, email, chat, and other digital channels, delivering accurate, timely, and personalised assistance. You will resolve questions about orders, accounts, products, and services, maintain records in internal systems, and collaborate with other teams to improve service while ensuring a smooth customer journey.

Fluency in French and good English are required, with EU citizenship or valid Portuguese

Qualifications

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and good English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence permit.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support through phone, email, chat, and digital communication channels.
• Respond to customer questions regarding orders, deliveries, payments, accounts, products, and services.
• Listen carefully to customers and identify the most appropriate solutions to their requests.
• Manage complaints and customer situations in a calm, professional, and solution-oriented manner.
• Guide customers through relevant procedures, platforms, products, and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken in internal systems.
• Collaborate with other departments when additional support or investigation is required.
• Recognise recurring issues and share relevant feedback to contribute to service improvements.
• Keep your knowledge of products, services, procedures, and company policies up to date through training and continuous learning.
