Qualifications

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and good English (B2).
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residence permit.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and practical problem solving.

• Interest in developing professionally within the Travel industry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support via phone, email, chat, and digital channels.
• Respond to questions regarding orders, deliveries, payments, accounts, products, and services.
• Listen carefully to customers and identify appropriate solutions.
• Handle complaints in a calm, professional, solution-oriented manner.
• Guide customers through procedures, platforms, products, and services.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with other departments when additional support is required.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute feedback for service improvements.
• Keep knowledge up to date through training and continuous learning.
