Job summary

Innopath Consulting Lda seeks a Customer Specialist to join an international team and deliver smooth, professional customer experiences across orders, accounts, products, and services. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other digital platforms, providing accurate, timely, and personalised support.

Fluent French (C1/C2) and English (B2) are required, with EU citizenship or Portuguese residence.

Qualifications

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and English (B2) proficiency required.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence permit.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, organised, detail-focused and eager to learn.
• Motivation to develop professionally within the Travel industry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support through phone, email, chat, and digital channels.
• Respond to customer questions regarding orders, deliveries, payments, accounts, products, and services.
• Listen carefully to identify the most appropriate solutions to customer requests.
• Manage complaints and customer situations calmly, professionally, and with a solution-oriented approach.
• Guide customers through relevant procedures, platforms, products, and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken in internal systems.
• Collaborate with other departments when additional support or investigation is required.
• Recognise recurring issues and share feedback to contribute to service improvements.
• Keep knowledge of products, services, procedures, and company policies up to date through training and continuous learning.
