Transportation Insight seeks an administrative client support specialist to drive daily freight shipment operations for our clients. You will track pickups, manage data in the TMS, and communicate with carriers and clients to resolve issues.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, 1–3 years of experience, and strong attention to detail with excellent communication and data-entry skills. This on-site role supports customer service for shipping needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2-year college degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of industry experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Track carrier pick-ups/deliveries and enter data into TMS.
• Direct carriers to web portal mechanisms.
• Report variances in times to clients/supervisor.
• Enter shipment information into TMS.
• Request documentation on behalf of clients.
• Build relationships with clients and vendors.
• Answer general customer service inquiries related to clients' shipping needs.
